  • Análú - Breathing exercises designed to give one a constant supply of great vibrant energy provided you do them at least 3 times a day - these will be taught at the seminar.
  • Slánú - Energy therapy based on the real you - this program was inspired by Bill's Amazing Dad 'Ronnie'
  • Caint Maith - Positive words and affirmations to change One's belief patterns from Negative to Positive - Inspired by Tony Robbins and Louise Hay
  • Mantras, Seed Mantras, and Compound Mantras for all aspects of the One Energy - Abundance/Prosperity, Peace/Serenity, Success, Happiness, Relationships, etc - Inspired by Harish Johari, David Frawley, and Thomas Ashley Farrand.
  • Ice baths - Inspired by Wim Hof and Níall Ó Murchú
  • Álainn Meditation - Bill is keeping the best until last - he developed a meditation technique for Stress release, transcending and grounding _ inspired by His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, and Israel Regardie - An amazing method of truly connecting with The One Universal Lifeforce energy!
